Substandard in every way.Ordered and collected via drive through.More for the benefit of the management to ensure our feedback was absorbed and follow up action will be taken.Server wearing personal grubby clothes (all staff), feet up, on his mobile and listening to music through headphones. Couldn't initially hear us until worked out how to turn his volume down. We were an inconvenience.Order incorrect and overcooked, addressed at counter to be told no it's not." Manager advised he was changing cooking oil in the morning and no further chicken would be cooked/served. It was!Prices certainly not reflected in (poor) quality and standard of food or serviceFood was substandard and we discarded/binned most on our return to home.Few words of advice:Ensure orders are completed and packed as ordered and paid for by the customer. We had items missing.Staff customer service training and social skills and general manners.Implement a mobile phone policy during working hours.Remind and/or implement a policy on staff uniform and hygiene and cleanliness.Recognising cooked/over cooked food and when oil needs changing. Ensuring food hygiene standards are met/exceeded.Take pride - Same (improved) standards wether this is your first or last order of the day. Customer service

Absolutely shocking.Go every Monday to get a party bucket.On this occasion I get home and there was no 8 fillets. Instead they give me chicken breast but only 4 of them.So I go back and the manager arron said to bring the food back. I just explained I drove 10 minutes to get here, have the 4 peices of chicken and swap them. He wouldn’t have none of. He was rude and caused a scene. I said do you really think I would drive all the way back here to scav 8 fillets!!!! I was going to buy 100 just to prove a point!!! He then chucked the 4 pieces of chicken in the bin!!!£32.99 I paid like I do every Monday. I won’t mention about the week before because the other manager dealt with it a proper manor as she knows I go there every Monday.I get the party bucket because it caters for the family, my 2 girls don’t eat chicken of the bone! So they both only had a few pieces of popcorn chicken and chips. Im still owed the fillets.Then to top it off me and wife have had really stomach aches pains with diorea.Can’t believe the wa it was handled.I will be taking this up with the other manger to see if it can be resolved, if no then I will take this matter higher.Absolutely appalling and shamefull.It was very busy, it was slow service, stood at the counter for a good 5-8 minutes before being served then it was the same when I went back.At not have the issue resolved and to have the food I took back thrown in the bin.Arron should not be a manager there he does not have good customer service.As a matter of fact when I went to speak to him he was outside dealing with another incident.. just gos to show the level of service from that place.I will certainly not be giving my custom to KFC digby after this issue is resolved.

We ordered food via Deliveroo . Driver delivered in time. Our order number accurate, food inside the bag was not. Lots of missing items . Ruined our lunch experience. Never again from that place.

This is a very generic KFC. The same you'll find in nearly every corner of the UKMain criticism is that the staff were completely overrun when I came in, with cars queuing around the block and inside half a dozen angry deliveroo drivers.It was announced they had run out of chicken and they'd need to cook some more which would take 10 or more minutes.My food was around 40minutes delayed.When I eventually collected it, the lad at the till acted like I had cussed him out when I asked if I could have my drink I had ordered as well.The food was okay, but nothing to write home about.Personally I'll avoid visiting here and go to the branch in Marsh Barton in future as this was an uncomfortable affair and I feel sorry for the staff as they were getting rough treatment from increasingly angry deliveroo and just eat drivers

Popped in just before 10pm, due to close soon. One problem.....they had run out of chicken! How can a chicken shop run out of chicken? Guy on the till was great, we saw the funny side of it and popped out with some popcorn chicken!

Popped in to get a takeaway on way home. I haven't been here for some yrs. While waiting for takeaway I went through door to toilets & found I had to be extremely careful walking as I was slipping very badly on an extremely greasy floor to get to the ladies. As I walked into the toilet cubicle my eyes went straight to the corner on right to the dust & mould clinging to the walls all the way down to the bottom & over the toilet brush.on the right. The floor in the ladies also very greasy. I couldn't get out of there quick enough. I will never go to that KFC ever again. I had to be careful walking back into the restaurant where I found the floor was greasy there also & I was walking with a walking stick. I cleaned the bottom of the shoes when I got back home. Never again!!!!

Ordered on the self service, there was no receipt. Got my order home and I had 6 piece bucket not a 10 piece bucket. Been here before and should have known the service wasn't to be relied on. Would not recommend ordering food from here. The team working there seemed to have a number of issues with customer orders, it turned out mine was one too. I ended up paying for something I didn't get. With no receipt I've have no come back. It seems a straightforward thing to do, check there are receipt rolls in the machines. Perhaps not.

I feel dirty. This place is disgusting, ordered my food from the app to eat in, there were about 5 people in but every single table was filthy. The floor had food all over it and the tray my food came on had gunk all over the side. No one was cleaning but plenty of staff there.. if I were the franchisee, I'd be embarrassed.
