Truly unpleasant experience. After waiting for 5 weeks to get anywhere with a quote I will now be behind on my build.I was asked to send over images of the windows, I did. I then heard nothing for weeks despite constantly chasing. Finally I heard from Richard who then stated he only quotes once he receives measurements… why wasn’t I told this 5 weeks ago, I would have sent over measurements.I had a call with Richard. Instead of apologising for the constant delays it was a very unpleasant call, he constantly attacked and shouted down the phone at me, I ended up in tears and hung up the call.The customer service is truly the worst you can experience. He has a terrible attitude.

Rather chaotic experience, was made to feel like i was a nuisance rather than a potential customer. Does not return quotes and i would not visit again. went elsewhere

Unpleasant experience. Doesn’t reply to messages. Had a rough quote without seeing site, once chased a few times, then wanted 25% deposit before coming to see the site for more accurate quote. Very disappointed

Started off very helpful but clearly didn’t want the business and never bothered to provide the quote as promised. Very disappointing.

Northampton Joinery have done two jobs for me and both of them were perfect! A very nice honest guy who knows his trade! A very pleased customer!!
