Kwik Fit - Bagshot

Visited twice recently, once for an MOT and once to have my front brake pads and discs changed. Good service both times. Timings can be a bit variable depending on how busy they are. Will use again for sure.

Some Staffs are bit rude and having attitude.No clear explanation. They told me my tyre have puncture and thickness reduced . Advised to change the tyres during before the visit . But in the check report didn’t even mention about the puncture.I have tyre insurance but from different agency. So didn’t cooperate well .

I initially booked my MOT and they could not do it due to someone having a medical emergency and they could not book it in again in a timely manner. I had to book again online.Because they delayed in advising me of the price of work to get my car through the MOT this put me back a couple of days, then they delayed in telling me that they could not remove a bolt and I would have to book the car into a main dealer. Had I been told this in a timely manner I would not have had to be without a car (or car tax) for over a week.They were aware my car was important to me for work purposes. They advised me they would call me with a result and did not do so at all, I had to chase them on each occasion. This has caused me considerable problems and I have lost work as a result. I have been put to additional delays and expenses as a result of their actions. They eventually agreed to refund me for the MOT but this is a fraction of the financial and emotional costs to myself.

No praise can be too great for the Bagshot kwik fit team. They give a great service, honest, upfront, and personable. On two occasions they have repaired a tyre when it’s been possible when it would have been more profitable for them to replace with new. Other occasions great advice has been given on suitable replacement tyres. Never take my car anywhere else for an MOT, quick efficient and good value. A great service to the local community and I’m sure the passing trade as they are very flexible and will juggle as much as they can to fit you in. Thank you team.

The mechanics at this branch are all hardworking and friendly. The shop could do with a few more comforts..like better heating and a coffee dispenser

Everything was efficient and speedy as usual but I opted for the free wheel alignment check as the state of our roads is so bad for wheels and steering. However, the charge of £90.90 for about 15-20 minutes work to adjust it was excessive - making an hourly rate of around £300!I shall think twice in future about having this done as it has affected my trust in Kwik Fit.

Awful service, complete ignorance.. spend more then 2 hours to change one tire for the pre-booked appointment. After damaged the seat with the oil... never ever coming back!Stay away people, they always overbook and then simply say sorry...

An unbelievable service from brilliant people. Josh, Edward and the team were outstanding in the repair and MOT of my vehicle. I cannot thank them enough for the service i received!

Customer service is superb. Explaining what needs to be fixed and why always completed before approval. Honest team. Excellent.
