One of the standout aspects of Barum Barbell is benefiting from Personal Training sessions with TJ. I cannot express enough how brilliant she is at tailoring the training sessions to my specific needs, whether I am focusing on building strength, improving flexibility, or targeting certain muscle groups, TJ always creates workouts that challenge and motivate me.Over the past 18months I have contended with bouts of sciatica, which has made training particularly difficult. TJ has been so invested in supporting me back in to the gym and I have fallen in love with training again.Barum Barbell is a friendly and welcoming gym. After 21 years as a gym goer, I can safely say Barum is one of the best gyms I have been a member of.

Kurt and Tj offer so much experience and knowledge go hand in hand with excellent gym equipment, facilities and fantastic atmosphere. In my opinion, the best gym the Barnstaple with more to come. 5 star
