Care home good and staff attentive.Head office appalling . 2 months still awaiting refund of deposit after death of relative. Ignore emails , unreturned calls . When eventually speak to someone they make any excuse to not refund or delay .Causing unnecessary stress during an already difficult time.Should be ashamed of themselves , disgusting behaviour!

We have an amazing team who go above and beyond within their roles, they show dedication, love and support for our residents and their families and for each other.
