I would just likea to say thank you to Kelly the Assistant Manager, at Goldsmiths Bournemouth she could not have been more helpful when I was trying to use my Love Shop voucher, unfortunately I could not use the voucher I had been given at the shop, it could only be used at Ernest Jones, she did give me a card stating that they were going to honour the 20% offer, I then went to Ernest Jones and they accepted what Kelly had written and sold me the watch I had gone into Bournemouth to purchase.Kelly's customer service was exemplary as I had pre ordered the watch she refunded in full the purchase price without any hesitation as I could not use the Love to Shop vouchers.5 stars for Kelly

I had my Michael Kors watch links removed and size adjusted for me. Cost £10 which is reasonable and would rather a place like this do it as they sell my exact watch. Nice friendly staff, quick service

I didn't actually go in to purchase something but instead to question an online transaction and a refund that hadn't appeared on my account. I was seen to by the manager, Naomi who despite not being able to deal with the refund was very helpful and took ownership of my query.They also have some beautiful jewellery if you want to treat your better half to something shiny and new!

We saw a ring on-line but wanted to order from a reputable jewellers instead of ordering direct. After several telephone conversations with staff, in particular a staff member called Joshua the ring was delivered. Lovely experience from start to finish. The initial purchasing was professional and unpressured. I felt very happy and confident in my purchase. I even had a warranty issue with my watch that was taken care of quickly. Turning a potential negative into a positive.The only let down was when I popped in to the shop (prior to Covid lockdown) to ask about pricing for having my watch refurbished. Enquiring about a £500 titanium Citizen watch rather than a £4000 Omega Speedmaster, the man behind the counter couldn't be more disinterested in answering the question. Simply saying that it would go back to the manufacturer and people don't really have watches like mine refurbished. I left the shop none the wiser as to the price of the service. I've not seen that staff member in the shop again.

On 14th June 2019, I bought an expensive watch from WatchShop which is a sister company or similar with Goldsmiths.The watch was for my birthday.The item arrived at my address on 17th June 2019, but it was faulty.I went to Goldsmiths in Bournemouth to see if they could fix it for me which they were unable to do so.The staff member explained that they could send it back on my behalf which I was really impressed with.However it is now 2nd July 2019 and over 2 weeks since I took it into Goldsmiths and on contacting the Watchshop, my watch has still not been returned to them.I have contacted Goldsmiths and I am now told that they can’t find any paperwork!!!I feel very disappointed with Goldsmiths, as they have no idea where my watch is and I now have no birthday present.It would have been easier to send the watch back myself and at least then I would know what was going on with it!!!!

My (wife's) purchase is still ongoing, but thus far has been handled extremely well and competently (by Kelly) and satisfactory outcome eagerly anticipated.
