Just had fantastic service from Darragh at Prime Security sorting out my three cameras on the TV. He phoned back each time when he said he would and I felt he was going above and beyond to resolve the issue I was having. I wish all companies were as good.

I have been a customer of Prime Security for a number of years and have always found them to be very professional and extremely helpful.Today, for example, I was helped by Darragh, who was really patient, listened to what my issues were and sorted everything out very successfully. I have to say that Darragh gave outstanding customer service and I am very thankful for his help and assistance.

Prime Security sold us our CCTV system a little over a year ago and were reliable and professional throughout. As part of the original installation, I recall they revisited a couple of times to resolve some minor issues (wrong box, needed to change one camera). Recently, I hit an issue which was quickly diagnosed as due to the power supply. An engineer came out and fixed the problem within an hour and made sure I was happy and up and running before he left. Through all these interactions, I get the feeling customer satisfaction is genuinely important to them. That's why they'll stay as my go-to firm for home security.

POOR AND SHADDY WORKMANSHIPThe company may be cheap, but the work provided is far from professional. My wall and roof was not left in a good condition. The work carried out was a disgrace absolutely terrible. Totally unsatisfied, with the whole procedure. I wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemyThe above is the original review that I had put up on Yell Reviews and then Prime demanded that I take it down. I agreed as I thought I would give them the benefit of the doubt. Prime Security's never apologised for causing me the added stress in terms of leaving my home in such a despicable state as seen on pictures attached. I put in a call to report an issue with the camera's on the 08/04/22, I then wait from the 8th until the 13th to actually have someone bother to return my call. And when they do return the call the agent informs me that I would have to purchase yet another camera if I want it to cover what I need it to cover. And pay an additional call out fee which will be charged per hour...get this...I ask why is that when these cameras should still be under warranty etc he responds by saying that this is because it was my fault I should have told the agent I was not happy with the workmanship before he left so they wouldn't have had to send yet another agent. So Prime Security is blaming me for the SHODDY COWBOY WORKMANSHIP That their first Shoddy contractor failed to do properly, and when I challenge them to fix the issue and leave my home in the way they found it...Prime has the Nerve to tell me that I have to pay a call out charge when it was their Shoddy unprofessionalism that caused all this headache.....STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY if you value your property's security...I WILL NEVER GET MY MONEY BACK AND NOW STUCK WITH THESE SHODDY CAMERA'S WHICH DON'T DO WHAT I BOUGHT THEM TO DO!!!A proper professional company would have come first to do a site review and assessment, draw a plan as to where their cameras would cover and what they would not cover, and have a proper full and detailed assessment & Discussion of what their customer wants and then to be truthful about their product what it can and can not do...that way...the customer has an informed decision, before actually purchasing the product. Unlike now I have purchased their shoddy useless Camera's which don't even do the job I bought them to do!!! I am writing this review to give you fair warning about this Prime Security Installations Ltd company....I wouldn't recommend this company to my worst enemy!!!!

A transfer of ownership of the security system and wiring that had somehow been disconnected, setting everything up on my phone and laptop - you had the patience of a saint, honestly I can't thank you enough for your help today. Would thoroughly recommend Prime Security.

Cameras have been working well since their installation in 2016, and any faults have been speedily resolved. Engineers check the system every year. Happy to recommend.

Very impressed with this company. Communications were prompt and efficient. The engineer was very pleasant and knowledgeable. System was up and running in no time. Picture quality is superb and a price that I was very happy with. Highly recommended

I bought a 3 cameras cctv system from them, it clearly says waterpoof cameras when they send the sepecificition. after 2 years, there is water inside 2 of the camera lenses. i asked them to repalce the faulty ones, they said it is NOT waterpoof.....and they want to charge me £85 one hour for labor. it takes 10 mins replace two camera. i will see how much they want to charge for 10 mins jog.

I don't normally take my time to leave online reviews because my time is short, but this was an exceptionally good service and deserves commendation. Technician arrived on time, he was professional, explained the process to us and showed us how the system operates and answered all questions we had. The installation was completed neatly and damage-free. Prior to arranging the service, communication was responsive and clear, both via phone and email, with our (householders) questions answered satisfactorily. I am 100% satisfied with the service and would recommend their service to anyone looking to install home CCTV system.
