I applied for a role 2 weeks ago, and promised a call back in 24 hours after a very positive conversation with the manager Sam.That did not happen. Secondly I received another voicemail from Sam to say 'havent forgotten about you and I will be in touch in a few days'.That too did not happen. It is impossible to reach anyone by phone and when they do phone back they think you have a query and leave 5 secs to pick up the phone. I am very nervous of the fact Sam photcopied my passport details only to fall off the face of the earth.Is this how customers feel??? Its impossible to get anywhere and I feel completely 'played'.

My wife and I bought a 2 seater sofa from SCS. We were delighted with the quality service from the manager and staff. The sofa was in the sale, but we were given an additional discount. Also we are moving house and they have arranged to wrap up the sofa for me to pick it up. I would highly recommended SCS and their exceptional service and customer service. Thank you.
