Called in on the off chance for a ring resizing, had been advised previously not possible due to the size and pattern . The staff at Queensbury Jewellers were fantastic, explained the process , gave advice , timescale and a very reasonable price. Picked the ring up today(2 weeks ahead of schedule) absolutely perfect. Could not be any happier. Spoke to the jeweller who explained what he had done and if was happy with the result. I will be recommending to everyone. Thankyou so much everyone at Queensbury

I can’t believe this place has such a high rating. My experience was terrible. Took ages to serve us, - I felt like I was invisible - then when we were attended to the service wasn’t what I’d call friendly. I took three platinum diamond rings (wedding/engagement/eternity) to be valued/potentially sold to them. Bought for £6,400 in total. They said they’d disregard the diamonds - despite the biggest being 0.8 carat! - so the value offered was £280! I honestly couldn’t believe it. Even Cash Converters - Yes Cash Converters! - Offered £2k for the set!!!!! I ended up selling individually and received a total of £3,870. £280? What an insult.I certainly won’t be going there again.

I would firstly like to thank the fantastic staff for making my experience so amazing. When buying an engagement ring for the first time they explained everything .Particularly the importance of the four Cs and GIA certified diamonds a big thank you. Anyone looking for a special gift, this is the place to go . Thank you all so much .

We had an awful experience at the kirkstall branch today. We went given a warm welcome at all and the lady looked down her nose at us. She showed no interest in us whatsoever and it sounds as though we had the same experience as Mrs Reeves on here and the offer they made us was an insult. The gentleman there seemed very friendly to be fair and it’s a shame we didn’t get to deal with him. Won’t be back

Came here to get my engagement ring made and was left very impressed with the whole process. All of the staff members were very kind and welcoming throughout. During the first meeting, I showed showed some photos of the design which were sent off to their manufacturer. The next meeting I was shown drawn designs and we went through the necessary adjustments. It was at this point I viewed different diamonds and selected one for the ring. I was then sent photos of the CAD design before coming in to view the wax model. The last meeting was to finally collect the final engagement ring! A seamless process that only took around 3 months in total and they offer 0% financing options up to 24 months which is an added bonus!! I couldn't recommend this friendly and local business more!

What a fantastic jewellers! Went to buy our wedding rings and get a new battery for my 2 watches. They couldn't have been any more helpful if they tried, very fair prices and a massive range to choose from. Parking at the rear and very easy to get to . If you are looking for any jewellery, repairs or even a watch battery I can 100% recommend this place.
