We unfortunately had to wait 5 months for our front door. We understood that due to covid we had to wait longer but there was no communication to us, no solutions or apologies. We in the end had to suggest a temporary solution just so we could live in our house and after numerous emails and calls, they failed to offer any compensation. Would definitely not recommend their customer service to anyone and wouldn’t want others to experience what we did.
