Excellent venue for Health Suite which had Steam and Sauna with a lounging are to cool off in-between, it would benwfit from 3 more chairs as many people don't want to use the low beds or can't use them, two hot and one cold shower, it's overall a great place with amazingly kind service users and staff too, of course. The pool is great and theres a swim club alongside adult pool excercise classes, and Gyms providing a huge choice of free weights, weight machines and Cardio equipment.

Never been here before and I was quite surprised to find so much under one roof, very tidy and well maintained, The Staff were friendly and polite.

After long time I came back with children to swim an hour… Same experience as earlier: women are in male toilet and shower… could not use the shower as one family been in it and they spent really long time in so we could not use shower! They just standing in and do nothing!Also staff let people in the pool area with their shoes so was dirty!Believed some changes happened but unfortunately nothing changed!Definitely, I do not go back!

Took my daughter to a dance competition there on Sunday. It's a big place and it's got everything including a gym and swimming pool.

The security need to be better trained in how to deal with antisocial behaviour from very threatening people ruining the experience for everyone else. Intimidating is the word that springs to mind.
