great visit to this showroom. the team were warm and welcoming and booked me in for an immediate test drive. the whole team were great, but we were shown around by a young lady (apologies I didn't catch her name), who was incredible. Friendly, chatty, and really knowledgeable about the car and options without being at all pushy. She took the time to understand my use-case and what options I was interested in and made sure the test drive and subsequent conversation covered all bases. emailed me further info following the visit. all in all, a great experience and a 5* review thoroughly deserved!

I had a fantastic visit to Polestar Bicester. Warmly greeted by a friendly and professional team then looked after by Sam who did a great job in helping me understand the cars better. The freedom to test drive was appreciated plus I was hugely impressed by the cars! On the whole, it is how the car sales experience should be and Sam is an asset to the team.

Brilliant. No sales pressure (you literally can't buy a car here if you want to) just a relaxed atmosphere to look round the cars, ask questions, and drink free coffee. If you book a test drive you get a good long time and they even set you a route if you're unfamiliar with the area.This is the kind of thing that makes people like a brand. Not pushy salesmen in shiny suits promising the earth and lying to you.

Amazing place to learn about Polestar and EVs. Great staff and a lovely atmosphere... Nothing like a traditional dealership!

Great team, even had a welcome from Archie the dog too. Really knwoeldegable. No hard sell either which is a pleasant change from other car dealerships.

Great experience at the initial test drive. Less so afterwards. No phone number for pre-sales queries and no one answered on webchat. We were interested in the demo car we'd driven as about to be replaced by 2024 models. But on second visit only one person available (everyone else on training day), who wasn't at all helpful. More than once she said WE don't sell cars". Couldn't answer our questions. Went to local Volvo dealer and the salesperson went all the way to the COO of Polestar to get us answers. One of which was that the car we were interested in couldn't be priced until the end of the month because the person who did it was on holiday. Consequently
