Poole Cherbourg ferry is probably my favourite, and I have done them all. Great boat, perfect length trip and not heaving!

Although it has basic facilities the Poole ferry terminal provides a quick and easy way of hopping over to France. It's staff are very friendly and helpful.

Had to go here for my COVID-19 booster jab. I travelled by mobility scooter access very easy for normal drivers but I found the route in and out not to friendly for my scooter

Works OK but could be a smoother experience lots of stop start queueing as you pass through. Check on apparently closes 1 hour ahead of departure, make sure you leave enough time to complete the queues.Staff were friendly but didn't use the various documents they ask you to bring or print out beforehand.

Very well signposted to get here. Greeted by a lovely gentleman who showed us the cafe and toilets. The lady who checked us in didn't appear to listen and didn't give us the correct stickers for assistance. However, we went back to another young lady who was very helpful and sorted us out.Nothing to do quayside when waiting so bring a book

Brittnay Ferries. Old boats with archaic port facility's, some staff good some need to find another job. On boat the age is showing with sad and worn fixtures. Food! Dont bother, breaded Cod and chips, should read battered grey mush passing for fish but chips were ok. No comparison to P&O who are leagues ahead for customer service and quality of vessels.

Barfleur is a great ferry, the journey time is just right and the on board service is very good

We booked Club Class, plenty of space & great views of the Dean so you can see where you are going. Highly recommend to anyone.
