Worst experience ever. If you ever need new windows or doors, please do not use Safestyle.

I was looking to Change my wooden single glazed windowsContacted Safestyle on a Saturday to arrange a representative to come over to give me a quote and the next Wednesday I got my quote signed a contract and 2 months after my new window and doors were being fitted !I am Very pleased Safestyle gave times and dates and kept to themAll Covid precautions were made gloves, masks ect by everyone reps and fittersDust sheets were put over furniture andafter fitting all old windows and doors bricks were taken awayThe colour and quality of the window and Doors is exceptionalI would recommend Safestyle and give a 5 star rating

Absolutely disgusted how we have been treated by this company.After initially ordering a new rear door, we were pleased with the work and proceeded to order all new windows and a front door. Then the problems started:1. We specified at the point of sale, during the survey and the day before the installation that we needed upstairs to be fitted first as my elderly mother-in-law who has alzheimer's is living with us and we would need to get her out of the upstairs room. We were assured each time this was no problem. Installers turn up on day one, only the downstairs stuff on the van. My mother-in-law was all ready to go in her wheelchair.2. Got a phone call on day two from the Bury St Edmonds branch to say the surveyor had made a mistake and specified an incorrect window. If the installers had not spotted it we would have ended up with a window that didn't meet building regulations and was not a fire escape. They had to return for a third day to fit this window.3. The wrong front door was fitted, again because of a mistake by the surveyor. Despite it saying on the order contract and confirmation it was to have hinges on the right and white furniture, it has hinges on the left with chrome furniture. My wife only spotted it after the old door had been ripped out so they had to fit it.As they knew it was the wrong door, they only did a rough fit while we waited for the replacement.We are now 3 weeks on and still no sign of the new door. We have made countless calls and get fobbed off with the same excuses, someone will call us. No one ever does and the last time we spoke to them, we were told it was being fitted today. Guess what? Nobody turned up and no phone call.The door we have been left with doesn't close or open properly and is almost impossible to lock. The frame is being held in place with expanding foam.Worst experience ever. If you ever need new windows or doors, please do not use Safestyle.
