Terrible! Gave them a second chance under new management, but I can now confirm that the food is terrible, just like the first take away. Everything is battered, including the salt and pepper ribs, they were nice and tender and not battered by the previous owner. This is not a Chinese restaurant that I will return to EVER! Or recommend, such a shame to see a good restaurant go to waste.

Twice I have tried this Chinese and twice have been disappointed. Was overcharged on both time, first time I noticed. The food was tasteless, not sure what chicken was used but very spongy. Was very oily, and could taste it enormously.

Appetiser was genuinely inedible. Listed in the menu as crispy lamb with a pungent soy and garlic dip" but what I found was a single cut of lamb donner that looked like it had been found under the fridge a month after being cooked. It managed to be both rock hard and rubbery at the same time. Quite an achievement I must confess. The dip wasn't a dip either. It was just soy sauce straight from the bottle. Just to be clear

Ordered a couple of starters instead of a main, duck rolls and satay dip, and salt and pepper chicken. Looks like sprinkled amongest the sea of beansprouts there is a rare glipse of a frozen duck piece in the lava oiled spring rolls, served with a lava bubbling pot of satay oil, doesn't seem to be much taste to the lava...no nuts for anyone with allergies just the colour brown (sarcasm, please don't order if you have allergies) Chicken was dry and more salt than pepper....love a silver fox but tonight, more pepper please. Won't stop me ordering again, I have faith please come back to the RC we know and love

It was one of the worst Chinese we have ever had, the chicken curry was tasteless chicken was like frozen chicken, salt and chilli chips were not spicy just had some peppers and onions. Prawn crackers tasted funny. All went on the bin only thing that was edible was the vegetable spring rolls.

Awful! This used to be our favourite Chinese however after the new ownership, it has been horrific. We have been served raw chicken, been giving the wrong order, order been over 30 minutes late and the new front of house are unprofessional and unwelcoming.
