Good service. Happy to have gone with Sparkle after shopping around. Slight delay in getting our door delivered, but team were responsive and helpful. Fitters did a good job, no obvious issues and clean, tidy work. Where there was some surrounding damage, they patched things up reasonably. Everything was sealed properly so feeling reassured with the quality of the fit.

The installation of our sash windows has been absolutely horrendous. The installer in particular was terrible. He didnt bother to level the windows or even fit them in properly which has resulted us in having ill fitting windows which are misaligned.When adding the trim he was being careless not cutting and fitting the trims flush to the window, hoping to SILCONE the massive gaps he was leaving behind- i could literrally fit my finger through the haps. When asked to fix it, he got rude and argumentative.Would not recommend at all

Their workers were knowledgeable and skilled. At every step they made sure we were happy with all the work done. All the work is fully guaranteed with a FENSA certificate.

Fantastic service. Highly recommend! The quality and finishing of the double glazing installation was exceptional. They gave great customer service throughout the installation and repaired existing issues. The house feels more warmer and looks more modern with the styles and patterns on the windows provided by sparkle glazing.They gave a great competitive price as it was worth every penny as the quality of the finishing shone through.

After reading several Sparkle Double Glazing reviews I decided to go ahead and contact them to get a quote to replace the glass from a broken window and replace a front door. Well I was not disappointed. They arrived when they said they would and were extremely professional and friendly. I was immediately at ease with Vasim who was also very patient. The job was completed to a very high standard, the window was replaced within a few hours of initial meeting and the door within a week. The aftercare service was exemplary and a very slight adjustment was made within 24 hours of my call. I would not hesitate to recommend Sparkle Double Glazing and would most definitely use their services in the future. One very satisfied customer and more than happy to give a 5 stars rating.

MINUS 1- when this company wants your money they will be there promptly. my window is drafty and front porch and back door has stuck closed 3 times in 2 years. I am currently waiting a week for engineer who does not show but this is not an emergency. We have to ensure someone is home to open the door as the porch door does not always open with the key back door stuck for a week

Avoid avoid avoid!!!! They promised to change my glass and instal a cat flap within 7-10 days and never gave me a concrete date, had to call them many times and pressure them on a date. When they came to deliver the service, they gave me a glass with a cat flap inserted in the middle of the door, which is extremely high and my cat can’t go through it obviously as he is not a circus animal and can’t jump like that, a cat flat should be inserted in a low position to allow the cat to pass comfortably and not like a monkey or something. They told me a price and wanted to charge £40 more after the service, even knowing the delivered service was ridiculous. I paid a high bill and now my cat can’t use the cat flap. Don’t use them for a cat flap service as they don’t know what they are doing.

Just had good quality windows installed to a high standard.  Initial appointment was with their sales representative Irfan who was very friendly and knowledgeable in his recommendations. The team worked hard and completed the job quickly.No sudden extras and they delivered what was agreed. Thanks, It’s been a real pleasure dealing with you guys.I would highly recommend this company.
