Recently went in to get a replacement battery and was served by Deborah. We were made to feel as welcome buying a battery as if we were purchasing a new watch! The selection of drinks was excellent and the battery was back before the estimated day, which was an added bonus. First class service, thanks again, Deborah! See you again soon.

Tag Heuer Belfast had amazing service from Aaron. Went in to look at one watch, came out buying two watches. Aaron very knowledgeable about the history of Tag. Also went to another competitive store to see the watches but came back to Aaron. Brilliant customer service.

First visit to the Tag Heuer Boutique in Queens Arcade.Lovely place and great service.Aaron was very knowledgeable in the models available and also the history of the brand and individual models.I was interested in the Tag Heuer Carrera Porsche special edition. Both models were available for viewing and trying on. Aaron also showed me the Steve McQueen Monaco and a couple of of other options but I decided on the steel strap version of the Tag Heuer Porsche Carrera.And my wife also fell in love with a 36mm Carrera.Thanks for the assistance. It was a pleasure.

I arranged a viewing of several watches to pick a special gift and on arrival the watches were already laid out by the member staff I had corresponded with. The staff were knowledgeable, helpful and quick to offer suggestions. The gentleman who adjusted the watch links was excellent too and the whole experience was handled very well indeed, with a cup of coffee offered and gratefully accepted too! The purchase turned out to be a great success and Lunn's contacted me after a few days as they said they would to find out if the particular watch worked out well. It did - thank you.

My husband and I were in the store purchasing his first Tag watch and we are absolutely delighted with the service we received. Rebecca assisted us with trying on a variety of watches and explained all the product features and specs clearly, she helped my husband make his choice very easily. It was his birthday and we were given complimentary coffee, champagne, a donut with candles on it and a framed photo of us in the store. It was over and beyond our expectations. Each member of staff there was so friendly and the fact we left 100% satisfied, watch fitted perfectly on wrist, was a great start to the birthday celebrations. Thank you so much! My journey to purchasing my first luxury watch began earlier this year when I was very generously gifted some money by my grandmother. I knew this journey had to commence and conclude at Lunn’s Jewelers in Queen’s Arcade.When planning my purchase, the staff at Lunn’s Tag Heuer boutique were welcoming, attentive, and highly knowledgeable. Upon entering the boutique, I was immediately made to feel at home, as I was offered a seat, a complementary beverage and some chocolates. When discussing watches, staff members treated me as though we were old friends, and possessed an incredible wealth and depth of knowledge on each and every watch they presented me with.After some reflection I decided to buy a Tag Heuer Aquaracer (model number WBP2111.BA0627). I was assisted by the Tag Heuer boutique’s assistant manager, Rachael. The service she provided was truly outstanding. Throughout the sale, I felt like the most important person in the room. The experience was so memorable, in no small part due to Rachael’s exceptional service.I cannot recommend Lunn’s Tag Heuer boutique enough for first time, or returning customers. Rachael and her staff were second to none. If you have the opportunity to buy a luxury watch, I would suggest that you forego all other jewelers in favour of Lunn’s.
