Was OK had a drink b4 the show was up in the gods there was more old folk up stairs so younger ones probably had all lower seats god was high but had a good veiw of stage staff were a tad unhappy looking up there as though ubwas invading there spot when I said I knew where my seat was thanks thay was a bit put out

A little tired looking and worn but never disappointed with any of the shows/performances I have seen here. The staff are all volunteers and do an outstanding job. Fabulous local venue

Been to a couple of shows here. A little scruffy but it definitely adds to the character of the theatre. Very polite staff, fairly priced bar with a decent selection of hot and cold snacks. There is 1 toilet on the lower stalls area which didn’t smell very nice and was very busy.Parking is a bit of an issue, a car park is about a couple of minutes walk away but the meter only takes cash so make sure you have a pocket full of change.

Brilliant theatre went to see the school of rock. It's one of the best shows I have ever seen. The kids were brilliant and very, very talented, and all the singers we're amazing thanks for a fantastic night

We went to see the panto, sleeping beauty. Whilst the theatre is not as big as some of the main ones, our family had a brilliant time. The theatre decor is traditional and ornate, and all seats are close to the stage giving it a great atmosphere. All the performers did a fantastic job. Could not pick fault. Hugely entertaining.We will most definitely be returning year on year.

Brilliant evening seeing a Tom Jones tribute act. Small but very ornate theatre. Lots of steep steps to Upper circle, toilets and bar.

Theatre Royal Wakefield
The Theatre has some excellent shows on, especially recently, we've seen School of Rock, Joseph and The Vicar of Dibly. The seating is comfortable and staff very helpful. They have a varied programme and different productions.
