Absolutely horrible service, spoke to Martin today in regards to an M5 that I was interested in purchasing. I had initially asked if he would discount the vehicle however if not he responded with we cannot then was extremely rude and I will need to put the phone down I asked if the car was in a car collection and what the condition was like he was extremely rude and said I will need to put the phone down as he did not want to even describe the vehicle. I was willing to pay the full asking price however, I will take my business elsewhere to someone who would appreciate my business and to a professional organisation. After looking at the other negative reviews you can tell others potential customer have experienced the same issue. The management need to seriously consider further staff training.ABSOLUTE JOKERS!

I have just bought a landrover defender from Silverleaf cars. They made everything so easy and organised it all over the phone . Nothing was too much trouble. They have some beautiful cars and I nearly bought another while I was there. Martin thank you so much for looking after me and making it all hassle free. Love my new car.

Silverleaf Cars, SheffieldInitially after looking on Autotrader for an Audi Q4 Edition 1, many results were shown but the vehicle that stood out the most was one from Silverleaf Cars. At first we was apprehensive to approach this listing as it had been active for a couple of months (meaning that Silverleaf had it in their stock for a long time).After throughly checking the specification on silverleaf’s own website we showed our interest and made an enquiry about the car. The next day Martin from Silverleaf Cars contacted us via the provided number on the contact form. He was professional and honest which you want when purchasing a high value car.Silverleaf Cars is based in Sheffield, but we are located in London. Martin gave us options of getting a train up to Sheffield and offering to pick us up from the station or home delivery, which is what we opted for. We were quoted £350 cash for delivering the car from Sheffield to our London address which was very understandable and not an overpriced value.To get the ball rolling we put a £500 deposit to secure the car, this was later taken of the final amount of the car. The process of purchasing was made really easy by Martin. He gave us a step by step process of what we need to do in order to receive our new vehicle. First being to sign the electronic form, then to transfer the selling price of the car over to Silverleaf Car’s business account. Due to the transaction size we had to visit a bank branch so relevant security checks could be carried out. Once the money was transferred over Martin confirmed this and the car was out for delivery to us.The delivery driver arrived on time during his given estimate and was really friendly and attentive. He arranged to tax and transfer the V5 into our name and showed us the initial features of the car. As Martin described over the telephone, the bodywork was A1 condition and the car drove like a dream.Thank you to Martin and the Sliverleaf Car team for making this purchase seamless. Definitely recommended to purchase a car if you have found the right one from Silverleaf Cars.

I recently purchased a used car from Martin at silverleaf cars. right from the beginning of initial conversation through to the final transaction the level of service was extremely professional, friendly and efficient.I bought the car over the phone and travelled 200 miles to collect and it was well worth the journey.The car was described honestly and was absolutely mint inside and outside.Martin even arranged to obtain a missing badge from Aldi to place it on the car before I arrived.Martin also kept me in touch with the full buying process and also let me know when there was other interests and as I was the first person to be seriously interested he kindly let me know when other people were about to purchase.highly recommended and extremely professional and the wonderful selection of top quality cars.Many thanks

I searched the web for a BMW M50d and found silver leaf cars had one that was exactly what I wanted. After 10 minutes on phone with harry- the car was secured, a price agreed for my part ex and I arranged to visit their showroom a few days later. Arrived there and greeted by Martin, I inspected the bmw , and it was exactly as described. He briefly looked over my old car, and after 20 minutes- I was driving away one very happy man. ~Having dealt with Martin at Silverleaf, I felt compelled to leave a review.I've bought a lot of cars in my lifetime (and I'm no fossil, yet!) and quite frankly this was one of the best experiences to date. A no nonsense approach (which I personally like) meant we baked a deal remotely midweek and I was in my new car by Saturday. He offered up a very flexible attitude from start to finish which meant my journey from Hampshire to Yorkshire could be accommodated at the weekend (my weekdays are sacred for business). A warm welcome, paperwork was quick and he showed me the car + offered a short or long test drive before we finalised. I opted for short, but could see by the presentation of the vehicle, it was completely as described and was 100% comparable to the images provided.Part exchanged my vehicle which was part of the seamless exchange process, all in all I would definitely use again and have no problem recommending Silverleaf.A++++++ - thanks.
