Although the sales very good, I didn't stay long as it was too hot in there, ,but asking staff to work in the conditions. Amounts to a health & Safety issue, and amounts to unhealthy working practice , something needs to be done

Zero customer service. Have to use self check out. No one to help with security tags in self service but treat you like a criminal by checking your bag and receipt on the way out. Why not just open a staffed checkout like before?

This has to be the best matalan around the west Midlands clean friendly loads of stock even small toy area. Would have been nice to sit and relax with a cuppa just so relaxed in there

Popped in late evening found what I was looking for straight away and quickly paid for the items. Store is well stocked very tidy and clean. Staff are very friendly and helpful

Popped in today to buy an umbrella. Was made to use self service then checked by a member of staff that the receipt matched purchase. Not impressed, why not put that person on the till instead of criminalising all the customers. Or better still try looking for the real thieves.
