Wycliffe of Warwickshire

I would urge any potential customers to reconsider using Wycliffe. From receiving a kitchen from here as part of a new house back in February, we have been constantly chasing for issues to be resolved. We have had no end of undelivered promises only to be told in Dec to back off

I purchased a kitchen from Wycliffe of Warwickshire for a new build property, delivered damaged, scratches on some units. Told nothing to do with the company because I paid the driver directly it was not their responsibility, wycliffe supplied the delivery company?When tried to fit the kitchen units, part of it didn't fit along the wall, some of the units were to large, again told by Mike, the owner and the person who had measured the space where the kitchen was to be fitted, not his problem, I should have checked his measurements? He had been 3 times to measure. He also said I should fit the kitchen without having an architrave on one side of the doorway? He then took back two units to resize to the correct size to enable them to fit the space along the wall, sent me a bill for another £650. I refused to pay as it was his mistake in measuring the space incorrectly in the first place. I spent the next 18 months trying to get wycliffe to release the units so I could finish the kitchen. Solicitors and then a civil court case later, got my units and the money back from Wycliffe of Warwickshire, county court judgment against them. Also some of the paint was flaking off the bespoke units after less than a year.

We recently had a single-storey extension built to enlarge our utility room and we needed to have a granite worktop to match what we already have as well as cupboards for extra storage. The wall mounted ones are fitted with bevelled glass and lights. In addition, we wanted a housing for our new bean to cup coffee maker. Having used Wycliffe of Warwickshire previously, we invited Michael Godden to have a look at these requirements and advise us how to fit out the new extension. We went ahead with his proposals and the end result is very pleasing and is exactly what we wanted. The new cupboards and coffee maker housing exactly match the colour scheme already present in our kitchen and existing utility room, all of which were supplied and fitted by WoW when our house was originally built. It is also important to note that their experienced and skilled fitter spent the time needed to ensure that the installation was undertaken with precision. We will certainly use WoW again in the future should we have any further requirements and we do not hesitate to recommend them to others.

Quality, service and overall experience was brilliant. Can't recommend enough.We had kitchen cabinets made 10 years ago by Wycliffe which we wanted to match for the new utility room. They collected a sample of the doors and created the new ones to the exact same spec. The units look stunning.If you want it done properly then look no further.

Really happy with Mike's experience and expertise. I have ordered three kitchens with him so far (i am an interior designer) and we are so happy with the results!
