So thankful they were able to manage my property and I knew that it was in safe hands, however, it is unfortunate some tenants are not blessed with the ability to be honest with themselves and see that 'immaculate' doesn't have to be spelt with a crayon up and down a staircase wall, and this can get redirected towards the hardworking agents at this company from time to time. Nonetheless, they have proven to be reliable, attentive and punctual to detail and I will definitely know that I will be using their services in the future!

I can not thank the company enough for all their help over this past year. After my mother passed away, I heard Michael Lomax on the radio and was empowered to make contact with him, to act for us as our agent to rent the house out. I thoroughly recommend this company who act in a totally professional manner, very knowledgeable, friendly and every detail expertly handled. The company are never biased towards either tenant or landlord. Everyone is treated equally. Communication is good, in every aspect. Expert representation is first class. having had a really good relationship with my agent over this past year, my tenant has now vacated my property although several weeks after their tenancy ended. Unfortunately the tenant did not hand back the property on time or in the same condition as when they commenced the tenancy, which is no fault what so ever of the company. As a new landlord I feel it is important to be correct, concise but fare . I am a tenant who has just left a property. The agents have worked for the landlords in a manner which is completely irrespective of professional standards and legal impartiality required. They have unfortunately made me feel completely unprotected, and have refused to inform me step by step how to safeguard my deposit, and have explicitly said they have nothing to do with the agreement now that tenancy has expired. I expected a better service, as the company has demonstrated high standard throughout. Fortunately, I am taking my issues up with relevant bodies, but I hate to see how tenants with less knowledge would fair going with this company, a complete bias towards Landlords, who are implicitly encouraged to despotically retain deposits where no damages have been proven. The director of the company went so far as to take the landlady's word over the independent inventory clerks final check out. Thankfully I have a copy of this and check in report and will be fighting my own case. However, I feel like the whole sticky situation could be avoided if the managing agent informed the landlord that they cannot charge tenants unfairly. They could have managed things a 100 times better. What sucks is I left the house immaculate. Beware.
