Waited over 3 hours and 45 mins standards have disappeared completely. SLOW is an understatement, management non existent!

We eat LOTS of them and this is probably the best munchie box we've ever had. Plenty for 2 (or more).Highly recommended

Absolutely horrendous service......nearly an hour and a half on a simple order on a Thursday night....not even the w.end......ridiculous and wrong on every level......will never ever order from again

Ordered takeaway delivery of butterfly king prawns and plain chow mein at 18.03pm called at 19.30pm to say still hadn't received delivery (wed night?)...eventually arrived at 19.55 ... absolutely stone cold and no sweet and sour sauce for prawns as advertised ...if I'd have eaten the prawns I would have got food poisoning for sure...ordered off local app but I need to go to shop to be able to get a refund?
