Keep Art It

Keep Art It attended The Students' Union at UWE Welcome Back Fair at the Bower Ashton campus in January 2023 and it was a real success. Throughout the whole event, the team showed professionalism and enthusiasm, and came up with ideas specifically tailored for this campus. They engaged with a variety of students and the spray paint activity was one of the highlights of the day, which was praised by many students in post event feedback surveys. We couldn’t recommend them enough and will work with them again in the future.

From start to finish working with Keep Art It was excellent, they made everything so easy, they literally did everything, setting up, doing everything on the day and pack down at the end, they were really friendly whilst working with me, at times in terrible weather, and when last minute situations would occur which meant that we had to change certain aspects, they were at all times ready to adapt what they were doing to make sure it suited everyone. On the day they were great with all participants, giving instruction if people wanted or letting people freestyle if not. Other than confirm where they needed to go I didn't need to do anything they really did EVERYTHING on the day to make sure the event went smoothly. It was really enjoyed by everyone at the event, they were placed next to a DJ stand and that area of the event was just buzzing all day!Would highly recommend!!

Keep Art It are the ideal collaborators for interactive art events! I worked closely with Doug and the team on two drop-in graffiti events at UWE Bristol's arts campus (Jan & April 2023).The events engaged with students and staff of all demographics and backgrounds – we received nothing but glowing feedback from all participants.From logistics and setup to communications, event-running and set-down, the Keep Art It team were consummate professionals. Whether the sun was shining or clouds threatened rain (metaphorically and literally), KAI approached everything with a bright, can-do attitude, which made the January event so successful – and why we booked them again to return in April.I would highly recommend Doug & Keep Art It to anyone looking for public-facing/corporate events with an interactive art element. 101/10 would book again!

He did a really professional job, was incredibly helpful, made some very valid suggestions and accommodated all our requirements. Keep Art It joined our retreat last week for a one hour session on creativity for more productivity.This is the best communication course that I attended, just with all of the fun and without all of the boringness!Douglas was very professional, whilst being very engaged. Every second had my undivided attention. I truly believe that this could be the new trend in the team-building space.
