Absolutely appalling surgery. Do not sign up to their shoddy care. Receptionists unhelpful, no response to emergency calls (my father had a large blood clot and could have died had he waited for the doctors call that NHS 111 specifically asked them for that never came but luckily I took him to A&E instead!) prescriptions late or no one there to complete them. When I went in to speak to a receptionist about my fathers appointments (as I was on hold for 40 minutes trying to get through on the phone - I’ve never known anything like it) there were numerous other patients complaining about prescription waits. A very poor, sad and depressing surgery.

Very poor and rude receptionist. act like a doctor won't let you speak. Waiting for an hour to answer your phone and then says there is appointment but not for u. I really don't know the exact meaning of it (racist )

I have been coming to this practice since being a small child over 20 years now, the staff are very friendly and always extremely helpful. Had a telephone appointment this morning and was asked to come in to the practice not long after. Excellent COVID measures in place, the doctors are always very efficient and I was even seen 10 minutes early! Thank you for continuously working hard.

First, wait for over one hour to answer your call, and then Appointment is never available. The receptionist is really rude. It is better for doctors to go home as the receptionist knows everything and tells u to take this, and that

Never a problem getting an appointment now they have the app to book on you can just go online from home and reserve a space. If not tech savvy then call close to 8am and you will get a spot. Seen most of the docs now and all been very friendly and make you feel at ease- not easy when your not feeling well!

The team at the practice - are so helpful and friendly even in these difficult times ! highly recommend the practice - extremely professional, informative - and deal with you in a very personal way rather than the usual generic way , helps to put you at ease - Always return your calls / update you when required etc -

I have tried calling 54 times today to get through with no response, either engaged or noone answers. I know Doctor surgeries are very bus but this surgery clearly cant cope. I have had difficulties booking appointments in the past, so much I avoid using unless it is urgent!

The Reddish Family Practice
I have been attending this GP practice for eleven years and like most Doctors surgeries these days at times it can feel difficult to get through on the phone or to get an appointment. Sometimes, I have questioned their booking process, but when it comes to medical health care, which is what actually matters, they are second to none. Always refer me if they think its needed, always very thorough and that is what counts.

Waited on hold for over 40 mins twice today which I don't mind but when I got through both times and spoke to someone they hung up.. I was only trying to cancel a telephone Doc's appointment to let someone else have the appointment as I no longer need it looks like I'll have to wait for the doctor to ring now
