Well my receipt has all my card details printed out on it and I had to ask for my receipt aswell - would be worth consulting my bank about this

Giving it 5 stars because 1. I find stuff here like proper 9-10% vinegar, whole sour cabbage, cardamom, chicken liver, proper yummy sausage—impossible to find easily in regular shops and butchers. And secondly, equally as influential the lady at the meat section is very pleasant and helpful :) She radiates happiness and playfulness.

The best Polish store in this area. Maybe because there is no competition. A large selection of products but the prices are not low. Nice and helpful staff. The plague of this store is the crampedness between the aisles and the constant addition of goods by the employees, which prevents any pleasure from shopping here. Boxes and cartons scattered on the floor are a normal daily sight in this store. If you want to shop here with a toddler in a pram, it will be a real horror for you. If you want to pay by card for purchases below 5 pounds you have to pay extra for it. Also, be careful about the expiry dates of products, because they are often very short.

My favourite shop, I love to try lots of new things there every time I visit , wide range of cheeses, meats, bread, sweets , and condiments. They have the best range of herbal tea's I've ever seen! Definitely recommend them all

I like how much products they have the prices are good and they have a loyalty card what you can use for a Xmas shopping at the end of the year if you have collected points during the year. I always buy dairy and fresh meat from them.

My favourite shop in the world, run by a smiling Kurdish Kojak lookalike, entirely for the benefit of our lovely East European community. You're far more likely to hear Polish spoken than English. The cheapest place to find kabanosy, kefir and kielbasy.

They cheat a lot, don't show the product prices, they claim that same line product on promotion is not on the promotion (using any excuse they can come up with), they never give receipts and now they also let people in without masks on in this current pandemic.They cheat even more now (November 2021) - there is a reason why they don't give receipts - they add more items to your bill than you actually buy.

Purchased more than I could carry and the gentleman serving me behind the till went an extra mile and offered me to carry my bigger bag to the car parked near by. Also showed me their car park behind the shop for next time. Excellent customer service thank you, will be back

Polish workers do not respect their compatriots. They invent uncreated stories that have no confirmation. The worst store I've ever come across. Employees do not respect customers at all!
