My experiencd here started off great but in my second last session my private areas were burnt. This caused me a lot of pain as I had blisters. Due to my difficult work schedule I decided to go to the GP instead of the laser clinic. The GP advised that it was most likely from a laser burn and that she could not think of anything else it could be. I asked whether it was an infection as this is what the laser specialist kept saying it could be. I was advised this was not the case.The clinic is taking no responsibility for it advising that i didn't come in and show them. Well yes that's correct but when I have limited time I would prefer to go to a medical specialist. Also the results have been terrible the hair growth stops for about a month and by the time I'm going to the next appointment it has come back worse than before (i'm not even a very hairy person, so this is ridiculous).Anyway I have taken photos of the blisters and have records of the doctors appointment and will probably take it further to make sure that noone else has to go through that pain!!

From the first treatment it works really well. I don't need to worry about shaving or waxing anymore for a good 1-1,5 months. So great that I made a discussion to come skins laser clinic. Very friendly staff.

This place is awesome. Getting my laser hair removal here and can't complain about the results. They speak for themselves. Great laser and staff. All in all very happy and will recommend.

Avani is very professional, friendly and made me feel completely comfortable and at ease during the appointment.She has been very helpful in organising my appointments as close to the recommended treatment window as possible without compromising on the safely of the procedure due to holidays/warmer weather etc.I would 100% recommend laser hair removal at Skins Laser Clinic and will definitely be returning!

Myself and a friend have been coming to this clinic for a while and we think the service is fantastic. I see Sylwia and she is great. She listens,is patient , is responsive and has great customer service. You feel you have infinite time at the clinic, both staff members are accommodating to changes and I would definitely recommend this clinic, the staff and the equipment they use. I bought a full package almost 2 years ago, just before I fell pregnant. After I gave birth, I was in constant communication with them, they said I cannot attend if I am breastfeeding. I have tried contacting after that, they refused to give me an appointment and are no longer answering their phones. This company has scammed me and I am disappointed as prior to this, I had many many treatments with them and I was very pleased with the results.

I have been having my laser sessions here, during the course of my treatment customer service has been horrendous. I called 1 month in advance to check an appointment which they rebooked me for. As they couldnt find my details in the diary they rebooked me for another date. On arrival i was told to pay a DNA fee for an appointment which i did not DNA. Made me wait 45minutes for someone to come and speak to me. i explained the situation and they still demanded a fee for rebooking. Terrible service here.
