Can’t fault the staff or the condition of the vans/cars. Everyone was lovely and super healthful, would highly recommend to anyone. They helped me out in an hour of need when another company had failed to provide a pre-booked van.

This review is for the person on end of the phone to claim department to their driver who deliver car to my address.Sadly can not remember every ones names. Only remember Simon white who I have spoken couple of times.1- they so quick to solve the issues2- they very professional and downy to earth to talk to you thru issues.3 There is one decent company who’s not just after your money but make it worth the penny you spend with them.4-their service and attitude it makesyou happy to work with them again.5-just want say than you for the service was provided and sorry for the very light accident was occurred.Thank you to all of you Kendall’s carsPeople.A very kind regards

I was a happy customer been hiring like 7 times since last year. Until I had my first incident that took place in a carpark which caused minor scratch on front left bumper of the 7 seater van as in photos. We had been really honest and reported (most people would just ignore it) in hope we can solve this fairly. the car was fine we drove back all the way from Cornwall to Guildford no issue. They said just return the car and their team will access it. After a week returning I rang them again to ask about our GBP200 deposit. and they said I wouldn't get any at all! I asked to speak with the claim manager and he told me he hadn't even seen the damage! then i requested the cost details and it took him another week to reply. and in the repair quotation it sums up to GBP940! it says they need to replace whole bumper with new brackets and to do repainting work etc which are totally unnecessary. I think the cost detail was just a mere fabrication and I can bet they haven't done anything to the scratch. this really kills my trust with Kendall Cars and will not hire from them anymore. I also feel like this is a double standard treatment to me due to my skin color (and as international student)

Joke of a company. DO NOT use them. Impotent to say the least!We rented a pick-up truck for a week at a cost of nearly £600 and they still decided to take £30 out of our deposit WITHOUT informing us on the reason why.When I called to enquired about not receiving all our deposit back they said that £30 was to cover a clean of the vehicle. Sorry....WHAT!!!Attached are the photos they sent me, which is honestly pathetic. There was a bit of sand on the carpets and some pretzels. What do they expect from a rental of a pick-up (off-road vehicle) for a week.Apparently its in the T&C’s that they can charge this but I have never experienced this before with reputable car hire companies. Even during the drop-off inspection we were not informed about this charge or any potential charge for a clean. The inspection guys said all was good….when clearly it wasn’t in their eyes.Never experienced anything like it and the staff are not helpful in the slightest. Another earlier review said the staff are inept and deceitful – I couldn’t agree more. Please avoid!!!

Great company - dealt with Jordan - he gave us a great price and put us at ease a true gent in all respects.Have used them before on our trip to UK from AUS and NZ - they are totally reliable and excellent to deal with - much better than the big companies.Cars are 1st class.Was met at airport by the lovely friendly Sue - seamless transition - drop off at Chertsy was a breeze and the lovely Suedropped us back at Heathrow.They are highly rec. to anyone - and all our friends here in AUS and NZ.Shall use them again when in UK.
