The Office Massage

The office massage came to our office today, as part of the well-being week. Caitlin who was the masseur, was excellent from the moment I got in to get the massage till the very end. She was very welcoming and gave some great tips to help with my lower back pains.

Last week Paula came out to my daughter and I and gave us both one of her amazing massagesWe have both been struggling with neck and back pain for some time now and Paula really worked her magic to relieve the knots and tension that were causing this. We are incredibly lucky to have the wonderful Cait join our office once a month, everyone feels so comfortable and having the same person each appointment has really made a difference. A couple of months ago I booked one of Paula’s free introductory massages for two, for myself and my colleague at my previous workplace. Paula was prompt and professional, set up and ready to go in about three minutes flat! Though I warned Paula that I had the stiffest shoulders around, she wasn’t put off, and for such a tiny stature she sure packs a punch! With lovely smelling oils, expert knowledge, and the strength of an ox, she soon had me soft and supple… I just wish she lived with me and I could enjoy that every day!The introductory free session is an absolute bargain and I would highly recommend it to every office and workplace. In fact, my biggest regret at being made redundant is losing my bosses promise of Paula every month!Thanks again Paula, will certainly continue to recommend you.
