The worker Amos would be the kind of guy I would like to meet if I was having a bad day he was cheery funny and extremely polite on my visit today I left with a smile

I just put petrol in my car,and I ask the lady if I can use the toilet and said me is out of order and start to laugh "What is going on with this staff so rude"

Have been in a couple of times now and asked for the 5p a litre off offer which requires you to buy 2 items from the shop,been told the shop is closed so I can't get the 5p a litre off. In the meantime I've already bought a full tank of diesel. Is this a scam??Also,the staff are all rude and look miserable doing their job.The toilets are now always closed-will probably use covid as an excuse!

Serviceable station, yet the undertone of BP’s actions at the Leviathan field is really messed up. Tapping into fossil fuels in such a tense region makes me feel sick. It feels so irresponsible as global environmental concerns grow. Wishing for more conscientious energy pursuits from big corporations. Now!

This one and the other two BP petrol stations in Brighton are the only ones I've ever seen that refuse to serve anything besides petrol and tobacco at night, on top of which they close at random times, so one day it's midnight, the next day quarter to, next day half past eleven, next day even earlier, your guess is a good as mine and the excuse is theft" which should be countered by a security guard anyway instead of being used as an excuse. Would they close the store at midday if people were stealing? Do they write incident reports when they have to close early "because of theft"?So the other day I saw a relaxed female employee enjoying a cigarette out the back and asked her about their random opening hours (I know I can be annoying but I was also annoyed because they closed early that day) and she said it's "because of theft". Without a single hint of aggression I told her that's an excuse for five year olds and that was enough to send her into a complete screaming meltdown

I never had a problem with BP before with 15 years' use. This morning at about 8:30 when I added petrol at lane 8, the hose connection was leaking with a stream of petrol. I felt shocked. I quickly stopped and I saw there is a crack near the connection. I fastened it a bit, and tried again; it still leaked, but a bit less. So, I changed to another lane. I reported this to the staff onsite. They kept saying it was just a few drops. It is NOT. They insisted I should pay in full. I said I am not going to pay the petrol on the ground. They KINDLY offered 50 p off. Thanks for your generousness! At the broken hose lane, I only pressed the nozzle for about 3 seconds in total; the charge was £6.92. I am not convinced with this charge. I could not feel any kindness of your staff except cold faces.

Came in on a sat evening, staff were friendly 2 blokes behind tills. Pumps are quite close together bit of a squeeze to get 2 cars in between them. Shop seemed well stocked.

There’s never ever tissues or gloves by the pumps. The forecourt is always dirty!The employees are fat, lazy b*ms who are there bc it’s a ‘job’…The toilet is always ‘out of order’ I just go inside regardless - there’s nothing wrong with it, the staff just doesn’t want to clean it and stock it up bc they’re lazy, that’s all!

16/10/16 - 23:55Just been to this store to pick up a few things. Great that it's open late on Sundays. But the girl working alone at the counter was extremely rude and unfriendly. Get another job if you can't be nice to customers.
