Tom the Gardener

Tom and his team undertook a major garden refurbishment for us and we are absolutely thrilled with the result. Tom was very accommodating of our requests and provided a absolutely professional, very friendly and high quality service. Tom was very communicative throughout the project, checking in about various questions and kept us up to date about the progress. He was extremely flexible and handled various challenges (including driving a mini digger through our hallway into the garden) professionally and with good humour. We would recommend Tom and his team unreservedly and we are sure to enjoy our garden for years to come!

Tom and the team were a delight to have around and did a fantastic job. Tom was very prepared to adapt the project as he went along but still finished on time. The landscaping was done to a very high standard and Tom's knowledge of plants and wildlife was invaluable. I'm delighted with my wildlife pond.The team were very tidy and thoughtful with regard to the neighbours. I'd definitely recommend them.

Tom laid a path from the gate to the front door and on down the side of the house to the back gate. He gave good advice on the selection of paving stones and edging and was happy to accommodate our wish to reuse some existing Victorian pavers within the new design. He also created a base for a new cycle shed from some of the old paving slabs. Tom (and his team of Henry and Will) always arrived promptly and completed the work within the timeframe originally suggested. We were very pleased with the quality of the work and think that the new path greatly enhances the appearance of the house. We'd wholeheartedly recommend Tom to anyone considering a similar project.

Tom and his team were incredible. Friendly, accommodating and skilled. We contracted him for a full refit of our garden (fencing, paving, masonry, relaying concrete) and we couldn't be happier with the result.

We had a couple of quotes for redoing our garden. One was low on detail but came with lots of pretty computer drawings; the other was Tom's, which put the emphasis on proper preparation of the earth before laying the turf and foundations for paths and hardstanding.Tom and his team were tidy, hard working, thorough and really pleasant to deal with. They did an amazing job, were prepared to look at (and implement) new ideas mid-project and were really good at communicating how things were going. They finished three days earlier than expected, despite working though a storm.I can't recommend Tom enough.

Tom and crew were brilliant. We wanted to reuse as many of our yard's existing materials as possible and they worked incredibly hard and innovatively to make that possible. They were endlessly positive and a joy to have around. We'd recommend them in a heartbeat.

Tom and his amazing team (Matt and Harry) have transformed our garden. The re-design is fantastic, the attention to detail is second to none and we are delighted with the end result. Tom's work has changed our garden into a workable family space that all of us can enjoy - his ideas for a new seating area were brilliant, and we now spend a lot of time there looking at our new garden. I chose Tom to design and create a new wildlife pond and hedgehog tunnel for my garden. From the outset it was clear that he shared the same passion for British wildlife as me, and his knowledge, capability, and enthusiasm for my project were just brilliant. He really understood what I wanted to create, and had the skills and experience to make the idea a reality.Tom and his team worked hard to create the pond, and I couldn't be happier with his service, guidance, and the finished product. The pond is a wonderful addition to my garden, and I couldn't have hoped to find a more professional, and likeable, individual to do this project.Five stars!

We were absolutely thrilled with Tom and his team! I got in touch with Tom to redesign and landscape our front garden. Tom and his team did a great job for us, laying the foundations for a new bike shed, and adding a new path for access. We're really happy with how it all looks, particularly with how well the new path blends in with the old paving slabs thanks to the materials Tom recommended.
