I have been bringing my car to E&V for years. I have always found them professional, fair and they clearly know their stuff. Unlike other garages, I never fear being overcharged. And as a female driver, I never feel hoodwinked. They have done a range of jobs over the years on my BMW: everything from MOT, air con unit refill, to electricials and diagnostics, and troubleshooting. Nothing is too much trouble. And recently Rich went above and beyond and provided outstanding customer service. E&V are highly recommended no matter your vehicle make or model. You won't regret trusting your pride and joy to E&V.

Another bad experience with theCar Dealer who gave the garage my car to fix as it is pulling badly to the left...Dealer on the phone said all done mechanics fixed it (big fat lie), so just to confirm that I called to the garage. The garage said they swapped tyres, but they don't know why the car is pulling to the left and even said that he took the car on A10, without asking the car owner, for a test drive and it didn't pull to the left. Which was a lie...Two days later Darinauto requested to send the car to the same garage for steering wheel alignment, after a couple of hours, garage said nothing can be done mechanically it is an electronic fault and this time confirmed that car is pulling to the left.Why did they agree to lie with car dealer Darinautos...Be careful

Very nice helpful garage & very reasonable when it comes to price. I think they are fairly busy so book early. They are off A10 so easy to get to. Call in advance to book.

A really friendly and honest garage. Replaced my headlight cluster at short notice and at an amazing price. Also, did an MOT for another vehicle and rather than charging for unnecessary things, they gave good advice and saved me money. Thanks.29/07/21 - Update. I always come here and they are amazing. Just had some work done, service and another new light cluster. TOP JOB. Thanks guys!!

They are just great! My car 64 plate vauxhall corsa was serviced and MOT'd in less than a couple of hours! Rob sorted it in no time!

We have been taking our car to E&V for years. They provide an excellent and friendly service. Always offer advice when we need it most and don’t overcharge. It’s so refreshing to find a garage where staff are not patronising to female drivers. Would highly recommend Rich and the team.

Brilliant garage fantastic serviceI always use this garage I trust them implicitly they have always looked after me. I don’t think they would ever rip you off they are always very busy and have a lot of regular customers. If I have a problem I can phone them and they just tell me to bring the car in and they look at it almost straight away. Last year I had my car serviced and they diagnosed two things I needed done and had it happened I had to take my car to Vauxhall’s to have something done and while there they give your car the once over and they diagnosed exactly the same thing nothing. I would recommend this garage both myself and my daughter use them they are never rude and always polite and very helpful

I have been using this garage for more than 15 years as well as relatives and friends.They are honest, professional and most importantly reliable.Apart from getting MOTs done I have had faults diagnosed and repaired.As a woman it’s unfortunate that other garages I used in the past over charged and took advantage of my lack of mechanical knowledge.I have always been treated respectfully and as an equal as a customer at E and V.I would recommend their services to anyone that wants to be confident they will receive an excellent service from all the staff at the garage.
