We left it late to book removals for a short distance house move. Clockworks were straightforward to deal with, friendly service, good local knowledge and better priced than competitors.

We were moving from our flat to a house a short distance away and Clockwork were incredibly helpful and professional. They attended the day before the move to pack everything away and on the day took care of all the moving, even though our flat was not the easiest to park at. When the moving in was delayed until later in the day because of a problem in the conveyancing process as we'd purchased the wait time waiver they simply waited until we were ready and even called in an extra couple of colleagues at no additional cost to help us get unloaded off the removal vans at our new house as quickly as possible. Excellent service & would definitely use again. The guys who did the moving were friendly, accommodating and worked extremely hard on one of the hottest days of the year. Thank you to everyone involved.

We used clockwork removals to move into our new home and it was a great experience. The team were so efficient at packing, loading and unloading and made what would have been a weeklong process into just 6 hours.The whole experience was so great from start to end and we really just can’t fault it.

Brilliant service from start to finish. Very fragile antiques moved and no broken items. Surveyor was excellent as was the team and a special mention for Peter and Adam who worked so hard to get furniture removed smoothly to four destinations. Office admin was excellent.

Initial sales call was great, very professional, we chose this company over others based on initial gut feeling despite them being WAY more expensive than the other quotes. Unfortunately the rest of our experience was not so good, the guys spent 2 days swearing & shouting at each other, one chap seemed quite upset by the way the other interacted with him, this made a very uncomfortable atmosphere. They were late on day 2, move in day & then seemed determined to get everything in ASAP with no regard for our furniture, they had unloaded in approx 2 hours which meant we were extremely rushed deciding where to put what. The company also do not recycle packing boxes or paper, in this day & age I find that extraordinary, I managed to offload a few boxes to somebody else but had to take the remaining 60+ to the tip along with reams & reams of paper! It has been over 11 weeks since move in & we are only now being asked “how did we do”…. So really I’d say initial sales chap was very good at his job….selling a product but the service was very poor with zero after sales service. I would NOT use again.

My Husband and I used Clockwork Removals in South London for our house move last month and I couldn't speak more highly of them. From the office staff, to the surveyor, to the packing and removal teams, everyone was happy, attentive, professional and really helped to take a lot of the stress out of what could have been a tricky process. We were panicking about the narrow access at our home and all of our little fragile things, as well as many other elements, and they just made it all look so easy! Hoping we won't move again for a long, long time as we've found our forever home"

Richard and his team are absolutely wonderful! I am very happy to have found a company that listens, cares about they do and go out of their way to accommodate the client's requirements. I have been storing my items with them for a few months now and when I need access they are soo attentive to provide what is required within an agreed time frame. The price is also very good for the service but above all its the genuine care Richard and his team have for what they do and for their customers which makes it soo easy to work with them. No need to look for any other removals and storage company, they are literally the best (coming from an interior designer whom has worked with several companies in the past)!!!

Really helpful and communicative staff. Our quote appointment was great and really informative. Movers arrived on time on the day and were very speedy yet careful with our things. Clockwork helped get us out of a hole when our previous removal company pulled out. They were quick, understanding, and dida great job ensuring that the move went smoothly, even letting our little toddler sit in the drivers seat for fun. We paid for the packaging service and the move was completed with no damage or missing property & the team was polite & patient throughout. Wouldn't hesitate to use again.
