Visited here with a disabled friend in his wheelchair. Easy to order from the standing screens. Wasn't too busy so we were able to choose the best table for the wheelchair without disturbing anyone. Staff were friendly, in particular one guy who made our friends day on our exit. Small things go a long way and our friend now wants to make a return visit

Great coffee and food but I also got tub of white chocolate to bring home well payed for it and it's great taste so if u want good food and coffee or if u prefer chocolate then give it a try

First time trying Tim Horton today, the service was slow it states its a fast food restaurant, Dundee must have missed that memo!! not sure I liked the way the burger was served, it was scrunched up into foil so the bun was almost folded in half, okay food,, wasn't served warm, the pancakes are served in a square burger box but difficult to eat, nice sized restaurant, plenty seating, no music was playing, plenty choice on the menu, my breakfast sausage and egg the sausage was abit cremated but still edible, A large range of donuts to choose from also, it wouldn't be my first choice of restaurants to rush back too. Price is on par with other fast food restaurants. Plenty parking, vegetarian options on the menu also, wheel chair accessible also.The toilets aren't the cleanest to be honest could be cleaner!!

Absolute embarrassment of an establishment in our beautiful city of Dundee !!!! I spent 26£ in here for me and my wife’s tea and can honestly say if I wasn’t starving and had paid a considerable amount of money I would’ve been lifted !!!!! I got a hot dog and triple cheeseburger meal my wife got a double cheeseburger meal with bacon and omfg it was bad real bad and we will never be back it was that bad I left my car key I couldn’t get out the place quick enough!!!

We visited Tim Hortons today for the first time, my brother in Canada raves about it. I ordered our food at the counter. Not a smile from the assistant, one syllable questions, no “ thank you “ on payment. Food was delivered quite quickly and was very good, tea and coffee freshly made. I ordered a box of Timsbits, 10, and instead of a variety we got two different flavours as most of the trays were empty. We finished our food and I went to the toilet. I have no idea when they were last cleaned. Dust and hair on toilet and sink. No hand soap. One toilet had no light. As we were preparing to leave I noticed one assistant sitting behind the counter, yawning and looking at her nails, meanwhile both refuse bins were overflowing. She finally stood up and just walked away, the restaurant itself is bright and airy, but not welcoming by its staff or cleanliness. I might go back, then again I might not. May I add, this was not at a time when the restaurant was busy, it was 11.30am on a Monday.

Ordered two burgers, two portions of potato lattices and two milkshakes. The shakes are top notch, but the burgers are cheap and one of the burgers came out with incorrect toppings. There's a reason folk would rather go to Five Guys in the centre.

Decent service, nice pancakes and drinks. We got served in paper boxes, even though we were sitting in. We found that a bit strange but that must be the protocol here. Canadian chain, semi new in town. Everything from doughnuts, breakfast foods and hotdogs to iced drinks and coffees. Clean tables and facilities. They also have a drive through.
