Crown Street Post Office
Convenient facility but consistently poor customer service. Used this post office as a click and collect and drop off a number of times - every time the staff barely acknowledge me (and other customers I’ve witnessed), they can’t even muster up an hello or goodbye. Manners cost nothing and they’re failing miserably. We all have bad days but they’re not even trying.

The gentleman working had horrible customer service… I needed to mail a package and through the process he kept texting on his phone and ignoring me. He was disrespectful and unhelpful.

Used this post office once instead of Berryden which has serviced my business needs for 4 years. Both items arrived broken at their recipients despite being well packaged. Thanks lot. Do not EVER use this PO if you’re shipping anything even remotely fragile. I think they have a game of football with your stuff before it ships out.
