I have an electric bike and needed the brakes repaired, they was super busy but managed to get my electric bike repaired within the hour.Very professional couldn't really ask for more from them.Updated: I had a few spokes break on my back wheel, so asked cycle hub if they could fix them and give the bike a service clean they had to order customer spokes as mine are not the normal size.Due to having to order in some spokes it took a few days but once they had gotten the spokes the bike was fixed the same day plus they had given me the extra spokes that came with the pack instead of just keeping them themselves.This is the only bicycle repair shop in Peterborough I'll use the customer service is perfect.*I recently had my bike serviced by this establishment, and unfortunately, I am disappointed with the outcome this time around. When picking up my bike back, I noticed cracks on my throttle and display mounts, which they had cable-tied back to my handlebars. When I brought this to their attention, they denied responsibility, which was frustrating. Moreover, the new chain that I specifically requested for rusted in just 48 hours, even though it did not rain during that time. I paid around £129 for the e-bike service, and yet, I ended up with a bike that now has defects, with a display and throttle mount that are damaged, and a rusty chain. I believe that this level of service is unacceptable and regretfully have to revise my review to 1 star.

Went in yesterday with two wheels telling them what the problem was, asking them if they can help me find a soulution , both valves were broken…. And i was told I need two new inner tubes, paid £25 and went home to fix my bike, after a all was done i pump it BOTH TYRES WERE FLAT WITHIN SECONDS, i went back to ask them is the product covered as I was told i pinched them , BOTH , i was sir its not an easy task but not a hard one either, if i pinched them i would get it , but twice? I cant ecen understand why whould or how could I do it, im sure it was a defect product, went there just to confront the guy and was told by the guy: im doing this every day as a job what are you trying to say? My rims are new clean, the tyre tube was scratched when i was opening it , but didnt pay to much attention, wasted my money and my time

Arrived near closing time with my wheelchair and needed new inner tubes, not really expecting that at that time they would be able to fit them. Very difficult tyres and tubes to fit and both guys were fantastic. Didn't leave until 5.55pm. Probably wouldn't be able to go to work tomorrow without them helping. Really grateful and would definitely recommend. Thanks so much

The shop is off the beaten track on a small industrial estate. It was easy to navigate there and i can't shop very easily.The staff were very polite and helpful. They fitted in my firmware update without fuss and did it within an hour. Communication was excellent.Product knowledge seemd to be good.The shops in the reasonably well stocked with medium to high end bikes.I will be more than happy to return there, it's just a shame I live 70 km away.

I was looking for a local bike shop to service my wife's hybrid bike. Came across Cycle Hub via a Google search, checked the website (which is clear and well laid out) offering 3 levels of service at set pricing. Gave them a call and had a friendly helpful conversation. Dropped the bike off on the Saturday afternoon for the basic bronze service. Well laid out shop with the bikes and accessories (road bikes upstairs). Although busy with servicing they said they should have it done by the end of the week. Got a call in Wednesday afternoon to say it was ready and picked up the same day. Jib done, they highlighted a couple of wear areas that may need replacing in the future but were not trying to push for it to be done . The staff are experienced and knowledgeable and I can't fault the work and price and will therefore be returning. Located on a small industrial estate off Oundle Road opposite the Cross Keys pub.

Called in on spec with a problem with my Mirider bike. They sorted the problem on the spot at a very reasonable cost. Would thoroughly recommend this company.
