Handy services just before crossing into Scotland, but the truck parking definitely need sorting out, a lack of bay markings leed to an inefficient use of space and irate drivers attempting to leave being blocked in by others still parked

The man at till is very polite. But toilets are terrible. Awful smell, mess, no toilet paper at womens'. I am unpleasantly surprised.

Just used toilets here they are disgusting. Was going to buy a coffee but surfaces on Costa machines were also disgusting. There were two attendants on duty surely one of them could have been cleaning . After all we are in the middle of a pandemic we all have to do our bit.

Painfully miserable woman on the till, I fear she may have never witnessed a smile in all her days so never mastered the art. I’d avoid this place just to avoid ever having to see that sour face again

I only used this place because I was desperate for fuel. I remember their connection with the IRA and now the constant abuse of OUR planet for their own SELFISH profit. My family and I have avoided this company for over 30 years and I now owe all my family an apology for this betrayal. Next time (as pointed out by family) I will hike to get fuel from ANY other place. Some of us won't forget what you did and do SHELL.

Handy location, clean toilets and always open for coffee early in the morning. The guy on nights always has a civil “ good morning “.
