Excellent customer service.Needed to have stair and landing carpets lifted then relaid. Selecta gave me a very good price, sent very competent fitters to lift and store the carpet for use. When we needed the carpets refitting the fitters took time and care to ensure everything looked perfect.

On entering the Selecta Carpet we where given a friendly welcome. Nothing was too much trouble for them. We had carpet fitted. The fitters where brilliant and cleaned up after themselves. The service from beginning to end was excellent. Would highly recommend.

I have recently had Karndean flooring installed in my lounge from Selecta Carpet and Flooring and I can honestly say from the point of my first enquiry the service has been outstanding. Steve really listened to what it was I wanted and gave honest advice and a fair quote.The two guys who fitted the floor were very polite, very skilled and very tidy. I honestly couldn’t be happier. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

A pleasant shop to visit. Good range of carpets, laminates and vinyls and no pressure to buy. Kitchen floor fitted with vinyl tiles. Looks wonderful. Pleasant efficient workmen. Heavy equipment moved and put back as before. Highly recommended.

We were very pleased with the service provided by Selecta carpets. We had several rooms carpeted or fitted with new flooring and had a complicated sequence of moving furniture about, but this was all sorted into a smooth timetable for us. The carpets we ordered arrived quickly and the fitters were pleasant and efficient and dealt with two heavy pianos. Highly recommended

Outstanding professional and friendly customer care from measuring, selecting the carpet, the phone call the week before to confirm booking slot, to fitting. Excellent range of choices and good value for money. The bedroom carpet looks and feels luxurious and was fitted to perfection. At short notice , I asked if I could change the fitting date and it was accommodated with ease. We are delighted and will be booking again to have the rest of the house carpeted. Thank you so much.

It's been about 6 months since we got our bedrooms, landing and stairs carpeted by Selecta Carpets, St Helens. They remain as perfect as when they were first fitted. I'm no longer young and this was the first time for me to have new fitted carpets so it was a little daunting to choose the right company and carpets. At Selecta they were so helpful and knowledgeable. They fitted over two split days to enable us to clear rooms. The fitters even fitted into our built in cupboards which was not expected and very kind of them. Thank you to Selecta for helping to make our home beautiful. I highly recommend Selecta in Dentons Green, St Helens.
