Booked in with infinity to get my clutch done & gearbox oil to help with smoother transmission. Really happy with the service they called me up and explained to me that it wasn’t my slave master and it was in really good condition and told me it was my flywheel making the noise. Communication on point compared to other garages from past experience, they kept me up to date with everything and the car is driving really well now, highly recommended, not the cheapest but if you have a Bmw.. don’t cut corners go to a specialist, will definitely use this garage again

I booked a time for the gearbox oil exchange and everything went well, from scheduling to get the car back.I was able to park the car in front of the place, easily.Staff was very friendly and they return the car according to the planned time.So for this type of service I recommend the place.

One of my go to garages for both my cars never had a problem, this garage will not change parts that don't have to be done will not over charge you or try to if you don't know much about cars yourself very honest and professional very surprised seeing some very bad reviews on here always happy with the service I have been given

Rude and disrespectful; I was looking for 0 stars on this one. Complete disregard for the customer. I had my vehicle booked in for a rotational noise coming from the engine at around 2000rpm. They found this to be a timing chain fault. I told them I had a RAC warranty and being as this garage is 'RAC approved' I asked them to deal with the RAC warranty directly to try and get this sorted and to email me the outcome. Instead to my shock the garage came back to me saying that they have to charge me a fee to deal with the RAC. Despite this I agreed to pay the fee and after having my car for just under 2 days the garage contacted me saying that the RAC would not cover the repair in a nutshell (although the timing chain is not a wear and tear part). I complained to the RAC and soon learnt that this garage had not even contacted them regarding the issue, despite charging me a fee!! absolutely outrageous. To top it off they left my car parked outside on the kerb overnight in the state you see in the picture (I've never seen my car like this whether parked on a kerb or not); although according to the owner this was normal for the rear suspension to sag when parked on a kerb; I initially trusted his advice (being an expert) as he said it would go back up as I drive off and it did. A few days later the suspension however sagged again; having consulted a 'proper' mechanic who advised that it is not 'normal' for this to happen and the advice I was given was misleading; a few things could cause this issue mainly the level sensor which may needed a reset/calibration or the air bags in the suspension may have a leak. The level sensors have been reset since and no issue so far. Avoid this place at all costs they have no idea what they are doing.

LOOK ELSEWHERE GUYS!!!! Charged £200 for 2 visits. Said engine needed oil topping up at £120 on the first visit, on the second one claimed new timing chain was needed at the cost of £800+. In the end, all that was needed a MAP sensor, which I bought for £50 and easily replaced myself. And if Mark (owner) claims to be a professional technician, such faults can be easily deduced, even without any further diagnostics, diagnostics which I carried myself too at home for free prior to visiting the garage. THIS IS NOT WHY I PAY SOMEONE MONEY TO TELL ME WHAT I ALREADY KNOW AND DO OR AIM TO DO STUFF TO THE CAR THAT IS TOTALLY UNNECESSARY. But thanks for speedy reply as per below.
