I cannot praise this store enough! Whilst on a recent fishing trip I foolishly attempted to climb a barbed wire fence to reach a good fishing spot! Wearing my 6 month old Simms G3 waders! I slipped on the wire and proceeded to rip a hole in the right leg of the waders! I was fuming and dreading the repair costs! I contacted Toni at Sportfish, who was fantastic! She advised me on what to do to get them repaired and how long I would have to wait! I packaged the waders up and sent them off on their way to be repaired. Two weeks later i had an email form Toni to tell me my waders had been repaired and were on their way back to the store. When they arrived back at the store I got the call and to my absolute amazement, Simms had repaired the waders free of charge and were even shipped back to me at sportfish’s Cost! As you can imagine I was one very happy customer! In this day and age this type of customer care is very rare and should be praised whenever it’s encountered! This type of care has not only made me vow to be a loyal customer to Simms, for my next wader purchase, but also to Sportfish who were spot on at every step of the process! Keep up the good work guys!

Just received truly excellent aftersales service on a couple of my reels. One was purchased 21 years ago, the other about 10, both were serviced and returned working as well as they did when new.

Fantastic people so friendly and helpful, if you love fishing Sportfish have everything you need and amazing service.

I previously wrote a lengthy review as I was unhappy with how my transaction with Sportfish had gone. I have edited this as the follow up and customer service was exceptional and I feel it is only right to update this accordingly. Without the initial issue I would happily now give this company five stars.

I placed an online order and sadly there was a slight issue however I was able to easily get ahold of customer service and they were so so helpful I spoke to Danny North and I have to say a very nice person who helped me so much, even if I read the wrong item number out once or twice. One of the best customer service departments I have ever seen/used. Thank you very much please say a big thanks to Danny on my behalf.

Huge store for the relatively rural location. Everything you have ever wanted if you enjoy fishing. Most helpful staff.

I bought a rod from them a few months ago and the 3rd section snapped when a fish took the fly.I contacted them about a warranty repair and within a week the replacement section was obtained from the importer and winging its way to me.Great customer service.(Thanks again Caroline)
