The lasses and lads are fantastic and can’t help enough.WH at Peaks lose 3 stars though, because they’re under staffed, force them to work late at night on their own for no extra money and the shop looks knackered.

Extremely rude member of staff shocking customer service only gets a 1star as it was open on time came in again this week at 9am to put coupon on and same member of staff being rude and shouting at another customer who had simply asked for a price of a bet he wanted to place

Wow.. Made you feel welcome and very helpful and lady behind counter helped me out with my dad's bet. Highly recommend this place. Clean and not over crowded. 10 out of 10

Place was dead one lady behind counter which must be hard working alone but was smiley and nice too us both very welcoming but we lost on fob and so only stayed 10 mins
