Great tour with Vincent on Saturday morning, very informative and witty and if you are looking for a free introductory tour, he is a go-to guy. We even ran into him an hour after the tour and he gave us some further tips about the Anglican cathedral, Paddies wigwam and the Georgian Quarter. Such a great tour, really recommend, informative, engaging and very good way to get a sense of the city. The tour I did was with Vincent and in Spanish but he also do the English one. Top 10, only wish that I could have done it in my first day in Liverpool! Gracias Vicente :)

Had a brilliant 3 hours with Vincent our tour guide. Lovely guy with so much knowledge of my home town. Learned so much today that I didn’t know. Great time with friends and exercise too. The fact it was free attracted me to it. I was more than happy to pay the ‘tip’ at the end as these guides do not get paid by the company. Would definitely recommend this to locals as well as visitors to our great city.

what a wonderful tour, Matt was witty entertaining, informative, great sense of humour! He out-humour the rain. My friend who came from South Korea he said he'd come over again just to listen to Matthew. At times his jokes were hilariously funny and educational at the same time. Thank you Vincent for our brilliant tour yesterday. It was a great introduction to your fabulous city of Liverpool. A good balance of historical context, personal ancedote and the variety of places you took us too. Wow - Liverpool - you have so much to offer - some glorious buildings and such a rich history and yet down on the waterfront a sense of the continuing dynamism of this great city. We will be back and for anyone visiting Liverpool - highly recommend Vincent and this tour.

Scammers!!!! I booked a free tour by paying to reserve my place and when I arrived the guide wouldn't let me do it claiming that it was full and that they would refund my money. It's been a month now and no one from Sandeman has responded to me. And I have read in the RR SS several comments like this. Shame. I used to do this tour in every city I visit, now I DO NOT recommend it!!!Edit:I have a screenshot of the message sent through your website via the form asking for the complaint. I have also sent a message via twitter and instagram so I am surprised at how easily you say you have no record of my complaints. Especially without knowing my contact email.On the other hand, I never told you in which city I did the tour so it seems to me more of an automatic response than anything else.Then, I didn't have the option to book for free, the only option was to pay a fee. And I arrived less than 10 minutes late, in fact the tour hadn't started but as it was full, the guide decided to accept other people who hadn't booked instead of us. Because if you charge by reservation, you control the capacity, right?Finally, the guide did indeed tell us to ask for a refund. In fact, a colleague of mine happened to be there and he was able to take the guided tour and is a witness to what I say in case you are insinuating that I am lying.Of course I resent the 5€, which in fact if you had followed up on my claim, you would know that we were more than one person. But what bothers me the most is your attitude so condescendingly telling me after having to write a bad review here and not responding to me through the other channels, shows an arrogant and scammy attitude as I said in my first message. I am sorry but the disappointment for this company is total.

Brilliant walking tour of Liverpool, even in the rain. Vincent told us an awful lot about the history of the buildings and the people plus, of course, the Beatles.Really interesting and a great guide.

Super nice tour. Vincent was a great guide, really knowledgeable, funny and with many interesting things to share about the city. We enjoyed all the stories and history of Liverpool and would definitely recommend to do the tour with him

Unbelievable tour of the city and even better Guide. Vincent was absolutely brilliant. He was extremely knowledgeable of all the facts and history as well bring plenty of humor to the tour. I would 100% do it again if back in Liverpool. Thank you Vincent, really my dad and myself really enjoyed it and it was a massive highlight of our weekend
