The journey began with one man on a quest to find Percy Peugeot!! After being let down multiple times by other car dealers in far off lands there was a feeling of defeat as I neared giving up. But then came Percy and Josh. I reached out to Browns and spoke with Josh whom made the entire purchase painless and agreed to deliver Percy to me at no extra cost. Before we were introduced Percy got a fresh MOT and Service and even had a sprussy goosey! Bravo!!! All joking aside if you can’t be arsed to deal with salesman BS this is the company for you. Transparent information, accurate vehicle descriptions and men of there words.

Really friendly family run business that went the extra mile for me. As we lived three hour drive away they not only took care of me upon arrival and had everything ready. They gave me great peace of mind with the additional warranty.As I change my cars on an annual basis I’d happily do business again with Browns Autos. Definitely one of the good ones.

Very good atmosphere and friendly team.I bought a car which is in very good condition.Unfortunately, alternator failed (this cannot be expected or blamed on anyone), team was very helpful (even during long weekend). Problem has been solved within few days without any stress or worries from customer side. Definitely, I'm going to buy next car from you guys!

My car buying experience was first class from start to finish. There's a reason why browns have been given a 5 star rating by autotrader 3 years in a row. They are a family run business and provide that personal touch. Before coming I was able to agree a time to come and collect the car on Saturday and they made sure to advise on how long it would take and talked about a test drive. On arrival I met Danny, Josh and (can't remember his name for the life of me) but he provided a great test drive service. Ensuring that all the functions and gearbox was explained especially as I'd never driven an automatic car before and want familiar with the BMW gearbox. He ensured I was able to test the car on a variety of roads including motorway and one which had humps for the suspension, and explained why he does this as routine and good practice. I thoroughly enjoyed my purchase and am currently getting to grips with the new car which has been really good so far.

I have recently bought Land Rover discovery 4 from browns autos. From the beginning the service and professionalism I received from Josh was outstanding, I drove 3 hours to pick up the car again I received great service at the dealership but unfortunately on the way back home the car had broke down half way through. I was immediately on the phone to Josh from brown’s autos and he was mortified to hear the following that car had broken down I could feel his genuine disappointment of the circumstances.I have managed to get home safely and next day I had a conversation with the owner James and I was assured that everything will be put right immediately. Of course I was offered a local garage fully paid or refund which I really appreciate. I asked the car to go to main dealership Land Rover to which they have agreed and I have to say they have done absolutely everything I’ve asked always available to talk and accommodate when I called. Sadly it went the way it did but overall service I received from brown’s autos was quality they are genuine family run business very honest and trustworthy. I would very highly recommend them even though you may think you’re paying slightly more at least you’re not being lied to and receiving an honest service. Brilliant guys and great customer service.

Absolutely amazing service from the start. Had a few problems with the finance on my car and the guys at Browns Auto got it all sorted for me as quickly as they could. They arranged a time for me to collect the car and it was ready to go. Honestly, I couldn’t fault the service at all. 10/10. Will definitely use for any future cars I buy.
