Did a ‘’10 year guarantee ‘damp proofing’’’ if that’s what you want to call it at a house I bought.This company has Skimmed the wall over the membrane and didn’t even bother to remove the wallpaper up to where he skimmed it so now when I’ve removed the wallpaper in the house I’m left with a botch job this guy has done.He did this in 4 areas so I’m left with picking up the pieces.Definitely do not recommend.

I contacted them by email and WhatsApp. After a few days, they just sent me a thumbs up emoji. That was almost a week ago. Not heard anything since.
