Visited first thing in the morning, to find a surprisingly busy store. Even with multiple customers requiring attention, the solitary salesperson on duty coped exceptionally well, and remained calm throughout. A credit to the company.

I went in rather hesitantly as not sure how to print photos from my phone. An amazing lady called Kim was very kind and patient with me, showing me how to do it and offering advice as to the sizing. I'm very grateful. I had intended to go to Boots. So glad I didn't!

Fabulous experience thanks to Mark. What a helpful, kind young man. I'm housebound and unable to visit store. He accepted photo file via email. Enhanced + printed it and posted it 1st class to my home. 10/10

Exceptional service from lovely talented and patient staff who have always gone the extra mile for me..... the customer from hell (never quite knowing what I want).If I had to find a fault, it would be too many beautiful products that take your own precious images to a whole new level, making my choice is painful lol, lol!I can't praise, or thank them enough! ♡♡♡

I lost my much loved pet and ordered a slate heart with his photo on when I went to collect it wasn't a heart they had done but just a square I refused it as it wasn't what I wanted , staff were quite rude about it but I said it was bad enough losing my pet without them messing up the order so I left without anything .Will never use them again .

I visited your store on hope st Wrexham the young lady with the dark hair went above and beyond with her customer service.very pleasant shop and my passport didn't even take a week to come back.people are quick to complain but not many make nice comments.ome very happy customer.
