Overall, very good. My female driver was very polite with a very easy conversation flowing between us both. The auto answering self booking system failed and I was referred to a member of the taxis team. He was again very helpful but the booking system which he was using failed and I ended up having to wait 1 hour for a suitable slot for pick up. I would have given the rating 5* had the waiting times been a lot more quicker. Maybe a few more cab drivers could be on at the peak times?

I needed two taxis in one day when my car was being fixed.Response time was excellent.Drivers were very friendly.I was able to track them as they were on their way, and this tracking also showed their name and vehicle details.

Shambles of a company. They know they have the monopoly in Plymouth so take the piss. Either turn up late or not at allBooked a taxi at 830 this morning for 530 this evening. Text at 535 sorry we are running late. Then at 545 they just cancel the booking. Great…and in response to their reply, the phone it was booked from rang once, for about 2 seconds not even giving us the chance to answer. And why would we come outside when you'd cancelled the booking?!You cancelled our booking cos you were late and didn't have a driver, it's very obvious.

Friendly, helpful driver.I had a horrible experience with your company guys yesterday. I was at work, booked 1 hr early, and got a message that the driver was at the pickup place 5minutes before pickup time. I rushed there, saw the guy pressing his phone, tried to get his attention as he was before the zebra crossing and the pickup parking area was filled but this guy zoomed past me out of the area and when i spoke with him,he hanged up the phone. Your customer service guy was outrightly dismissive, wasn't ready to listen to me about the pickup and was only concerned about getting another driver for me. Same with the 2nd driver. I had to use another taxi company and was late for my appointment. I guess yesterday was just a very terrible time with your company.

Normally feel At ease and safe with taxi fast. Tonight our driver was quite rude and drove the long way home. I kept saying it's shorter this waybut he didn't listen. And the quote we got was £48/£54 but he wanted money beforehand, which is fair enough long way. But after getting starts complaining and saying something about more money, so handed him another £10.

Fantastic company. I use the app, which is so convenient. I regularly use them for journeys to train station and evenings out. They are always reliable. I really like that I have the option to pay by card or cash & I can track my taxi via the app.

I don’t normally have an issue with taxi first but today I had an aggressive, argumentative and just plain rude driver. After being 10 minutes late AND going to the wrong place she proceeded to have an attitude with me which then could have made me late for work. I’m not impressed.
