Now I really need to say that I have received the best costumer service for the very long time.I had an issue with my coffee machine then I contacted the parts department.The lady that served me was Sue, I only can say one thing really and I mean it the best customer service I have received.Sue thank you so much for the extra mile.Definitely will be returning.

If I could give zero stars I would. Took a Classico up to descale and repair as previous descaler (Dez cal) had left metallic particles coming from the group and hot tap! After 6 hours they were unable to fix the problem and was just simply told that it will flush away over time! Not content with this I asked if they could keep it until fixed. Adrian, the owner who then stormed in was the most hostile, aggressive and vile man I've ever met. After an extremely aggressive interaction from him he basically through the machine back at me, yelling there's nothing wrong !? (the hot tap burnt my hand because of this) and was told to leave. I will be reporting him and Fracino to the ombudsman scheme and potentially the police. By far the worst experience I've ever had with anyone let alone a business. Do not take any advice from anyone here especially Sue in parts. Hands down the worst experience of my life. Shocking.

Coffee machine faulty after 2 weeks of having it. Awful customer service, still haven’t heard anything back from them (2 weeks after the machine broke) - no call back other than from a technician who told us to take the water tank out & put it back in - this didn’t work and was then promised a call from an engineer…we’re still waiting

We have a dual-fuel Contempo installed in Van Henri, Cafe Allez!'s mobile coffee shop. The machine is superb and stands up to the rigours of mobile catering (in all weathers) brilliantly. The more I get to know the machine the greater the respect I have for it. Their engineers are without doubt some of the best around - a big shout out here to Andy whose expert advice and passion for the kit has helped us greatly.

Bought a coffee machine from them, installed was leaking water call them and got charge for a piece of metal found inside the machine which came from them. Very poor customer service. I definitely wouldn’t recommend this company.

As the only UK manufacturer of coffee machines they offer fantastic quality and craftsmanship with the peace of mind that any replacement parts can be sourced from the UK rather than waiting for delivery from abroad. Disappointed after buying two of their machines both broke down before they are a year old . Even though one of them had a water leak from the tank (coming from top nut) still got charged for fixing it. They will not include this on the invoice only the chargeable items and will not answer my questions i have emailed them. Misleading information from there website on water filters website says where needed" and when speaking to them they say essential. The guy i spoke to said "where needed" "Recommended" and "essential" are the same thing."
