I can't thank Alistair and the team at Shayne Hogg enough for the care, compassion and dignity they showed us all whilst organising my wonderful husband, Matty's, funeral. Nothing was too much trouble for them and I really appreciate all that they have done for us. During an incredibly difficult time it has been a great comfort to have the support from Alistair and the rest of the team at Shayne Hogg. Thank you once again for looking after us all, we would highly recommend!

Sadly myself and my family have had to use Shayne Hogg funeral service twice in the last 10 months for our parents funerals, however sad we were we were treated with empathy and kindness, professionalism and understanding. We honestly can’t thank Alistair enough for the compassion and genuinely caring for our beautiful Angel Aria-Mia. We were so clueless of what we had to do and totally lost in our grief , you showed us the way and really went above and beyond for us making our wishes possible and giving our little Angel the send of she really deserved.Your communication was amazing keeping us up to date with everything and explaining what you needed us to do. Also thank you to Shayne for your kindness and support on Aria-Mia’s funeral day. The respect you both showed our beautiful girl was unforgettable, I honestly can’t recommend you enough. You made the most difficult time of our lives that little bit easier , thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

I wish to convey my heartfelt thankyou to Shayne & Alistair for their great empathy, care and compassion that they showed towards my late mother,and to myself and my family,also the lengths Alistair went to dressing mum in such a way that my young son could see his grandma in the Chapel of rest.They showed great duty of care and professionalism in the way they dealt with the arrangements of the funeral.From the start they showed great patience In explaining the whole process as this is the first time I have been in this sad situation.Alistair & Shayne went above and beyond my expectations.THANKYOU BOTH for the beauitful send off that mum had x

Just like to say a big thank you to Alistair for being so caring and compassionate giving our son-in-law Matty Morgan the dignified funeral and for being there to talk things through, our daughter Natalie really appreciated all your help, we feel like you are part of our family now. Don't even deserve one star. Reporting to governing body. Broke data protection by handing over printed copy of my private email with email address on when it was private. Extremely rude when totally ignored my deceased father's eldest daughter's request to please pass on setting a date agreeable to all 3 of his children. So now cannot attend my own dad's funeral!!

The passing of a loved one is always a certainty but still a shock and upset for when it comes.I cannot fault the level of service received from Alistair & Shane for my father's funeral. This level of care ensured we as the family didn't need to worry and everything went off without a hitch. As such I would highly recommend them
