Grief is without doubt the hardest emotion to navigate, but Anna at Carterton has helped guide us through some of the hardest weeks of our lives. With her professionalism, sensitivity, expertise and deep compassion, we were able to create the most beautiful, bespoke service for our precious loved one. The service took place yesterday and even though we are grieving deeply, we feel utterly compelled to write this review for the most deserving of reasons, and hope to help others make the difficult decision of where to place their trust. A wonderful, exemplary service from start to finish was provided by all and we cannot thank highly enough Cooperative Funeral Care for all they have done.
