paid £6 for a frappe and the cup is half full. Costa is cheaper and you get more for your money and is way better quality! The food was awful, bread was soggy. I used to come here all the time but it's now consistently bad. Wont be coming back

Lovely quirky little cafe! We had tea coffee and got chocolate, along with a muffin and Danish which were deliciously fresh!Great to have local cafe instead of boring multinational

Never have the muffin so bad like this . Totally not worth it. The ice tea like a water. If you want water,oder ice tea.

Went in for a tea and cake, lady serving me was obviously on comssions as she was pushing 3 muffins get one free. I'm pleased she did, they were the nicest muffins I've had in ages and vegetarian friendly my friend an I bought a second box to take back to our families.

Great little restaurant since it was upgraded. On a summer's day the outside area is perfect for a quick cake stop. The inside is not always the cleanest and the staff should put more measures in place to ensure that the cleanliness is checked often. I have also noticed how the staff always seem stressed and over worked lately. I visited a week ago and they had no gluten free muffins and no-one seemed to know who was responsible for this.Visiting today was slightly disappointing as there were only two options of gluten free which looked quite dry.BB's is the kind of place where some days you visit and it is amazing and you walk away feeling satisfied. Other days they are under staffed and struggling.I do love how they have a transitional menu, my husband had the spiced apple and custard and he said they were so delicious he could have eaten 5!

Really nice fresh ice coffee and pastry and you can enjoy in the last few days of it being warm outside. Great staff very friendly and welcoming.

My family and I regularly come here for lunch. The food overall is amazing, as well as their customer service! Their coffee is honestly the best in London! Highly recommend BB’s to all!

Really not that impressed, service hurried and inaccurate muffins ok but toasties just warm bread with not enough cheese in it plenty of better places to go in Chelmsford

Wow!!!! For so long I've been wanting somewhere that does GF option and was very impressed with cherry coconut muffin and gf toastie The speed of service was amazing and team where evey helpful with what I wanted. great outside sitting areawill defo be going there again
